We are very happy with this product that is a replacement for our 15 year old GE Profile microwave. It has many useful features and a very nice appearance.

Very attractive and quiet. Easy to use option buttons to auto select cooking times and power like popcorn which has multiple selections for one button based on bag size. Love it.

Heating problems!

This unit was installed by sub-contractor, March 22, 2016. Because of the contractor installation cost, and unknown processes to return, we have been living with the problem of inefficient heat output-microwaves way too low; takes lots of extra time and is an added drain on our electric bill. We were dummies for not immediately moving to replace microwave. Sorry for the complaint, but for a 1000 watt unit, this one certainly does not measure up to stated output-our old unit (12 years old) was far superior to this one. Example: The old unit (GE) took 30 seconds to reheat a cup, or mug, of coffee; this unit takes a full minute! Really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
