I had one but a wire on it was bad, got a new one because we like the way it worked and look. We have all the same named in the kitchen and laundry, love the all, 6 of them.

I bought this microwave because our old one had died. I am really impressed with all the features it has--it also has energy saving features which are nice. It has a dark interior and you can't see the splatters.

I purchased this unit based on its consumer reviews.
It was disappointing when we experienced a continuous noise when the oven was on and the turntable was rotating. Instead of scheduling a service call, I diagnosed the problem as being a turntable plastic ring roller with internal bad spot, bump - in order to confirm it, I bought a new ring and installed it = success, at a time and money cost to me, the Customer!
