Water Dispenser Continuously Stops Working

This refrigerator was in our house when we purchased it three years ago. We loved the looks, the interior and the water/ice dispenser. However, in the last two months the water dispenser has stopped working three times. We've ran into others who have this model with the same water dispenser issue. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features with energy star savings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the model with the clean steel exterior and i love it. so easy to clean and I can still use magnets on it. The pull out shelves are so handy to find things in the back of the shelf. The door dispenser for water and ice is so handy, our old refrigerator didn't have this. Since we installed this refrigerator several months ago we have seen a reduction in our electric bills. My husband was sold when he found the refrigerator was made in the USA.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thought great features?

We purchased this Dec 2014 and bought it specifically for the water dispensing feature. It quit working a few months back but ice works fine. I am assuming I have the same water freezing problem. Very frustrating for as long as this will last us. No more GE's for this household.
