Side by Side Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance is excellent. It makes more noise than our old GE refrigerator did. Quality seems to be good and I do like the way the ice maker performs. For the size it doesn't seem to hold as much...again, as our old one did, and the dimensions are larger. Really like the feature where you can check both the freezer and refrigerator temps. I have only had it for less than three months but hopefully it will continue to perform as well as it gets older.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good looking and very functional

I have had this fridge for about 6 weeks now, and it has been a pleasure in the kitchen. Lots of shelf space, great ice maker and looks great in my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this exactly 4 days now, and I couldn't be happier! This fridge is beautiful to look at, actually takes up less room than my old fridge (although this one is slightly bigger) and it is working wonderfully!
The only thing I can say against it is the ice dispenser is a little too loud, especially if I'm up at 3 am getting something to drink, lol!
I highly recommend this side-by-side fridge, it's totally awesome!

Like the adjustable side door bins, so can accommodate any size items.
Like the easiness of rolling out refrigerator so can clean the rear dust.

Good for the price

The ice tray has a nifty push open cover that was unknown when purchasing that works great. Also I chose GE because there is always an option later to replace other kitchen appliances with matching GE products.

Great Fridge

Seems to be a very nice refrigerator/freezer but front panel gaps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the refrigerator/freezer was delivered, the deliveryman pulled hard while removing the plastic covering the front computer panel. After he left I noticed that the panel warped and both sides of the top stick out a little. This created gaps where moisture and dust can access the circuit board inside. It looks shoddy. The service man we called said he cannot fix it, it was manufacturing. We have a 5 year warrenty, but our last GE refrigerator lasted 27 years. The computer on this one is open to the air!
Otherwise, we love the appliance, especially having 2 baskets in the freezer compartment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
