Poor design overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slide buttons to operate the light and fan power are flimsy with a lot of "play" in them. They feel as though they might break off with every use ? yet this was an extremely expensive unit! On top of that, the design is too deep. You. Bump your head on it frequently when cooking. Yes, it works. The fan works and the light works. But way over priced and poor functional design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Industrial Feel and look...but a little loud

Amazing Range Hood!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had mine installed today, I had it custom painted in black to match all my appliances, the power of this hood is impressive, of course it has to be noisy at the highest speed and it was expected, I did a lot of high heat frying and sautéing and had no smoke whatsoever in the house, before this hood all my fire alarms went off when I cooked, could not be happier, good investment!!!
