Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new hood is excellent! It is quiet at multiple speeds The lights work both as lights and as a low level heat lamp. It is very effective over my 48" professional range. The hood is also easy to clean.

Great hood - but very disappointing now

New 48" hood comes with the new home and just over 2 years of age.
It works really well till last week.
Suddenly all lights and fans are stop working.
Checked main, circuit breakers and all OK.
Now I need to call the service to check what's wrong with this unit?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kind of a pain to clean, but functions and works great. Remember, you need to add all the commercial grade infrastructure for it to work, which there is an added cost

Really Sucks!

My husband remodeled our kitchen and wanted a hood that would remove the smells from the kitchen quickly, we had an old 200 cfm hood. On high, this hood sucks everything out quickly! On low you can hear it, but you don't have to talk over it. We have found the middle setting is perfect for most cooking situations. The lights are very bright and light up the cooking area wonderfully. If I could change something, it would be more speed settings as sometimes something more powerful than middle is needed but high is too much. Overall, this hood is well worth the money. As a note, we put in the 600 cfm blower motor. Thank you for such a great product!

The hood looks great and works great. The only thing I wish was that it was a little quieter. Even on low, it's kind of loud. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
