Great jar and total machine Only why I didn’t give 5 stars cause this is my 3rd jar I had to buy. It holds up well until a couple of years and than it starts to leak… has to throw out 2. Finally got my 3 rd. But I love this blender. It works very well. Just wis the jar would hold up longer. They are expensive and got to get from USA. Extra money

Over priced and wear out too fast. Couldnt even otder 2 at the same time so i had a back up when 1 failed again. Gears strip way to easy on the bottom of jar

Jar is great, but not loving the lid, the design of which has changed since I bought the blender some years ago. The blending action seems to cause the lid to more easily lift up and perhaps off.

BlendTec has improved the four sided jar. The last one Prior to this one ~ the rubber ended up in my mixture. This looks much better made.
