Super happy with this jar. The lid is much better than my older jar’s version and the plastic ring piece that cracked on the bottom of my old jar is not even part of this new jar. Overall just a better jar and great quality!

While the top has slight improvements, the blades tend to be tight & the motor has to push a little harder; but if it stops the blades from seizing because of bad seals it's all good.

I had gotten my blender from Amazon not realizing the pitcher would leak immediately! I dealt with it for awhile and then decided it is probably best to replace it. I saw comments all over the internet about how only getting the pitcher direct from Blendtec would fix the problem. I ordered and within the week I had my pitcher!!! NO LEAKS!! Such a great product. Should have just ordered directly to start with!

I like the fourside jar just wished it came in glass. I perfer not to use plastic. It is easy to clean and love that it fits under my cabinets.

Love Blendtec but this one overheated with 2nd use

8 year warrantee will more than cover for any problems but I was surprised while making my peppermint cheesecake with 24 soaked cashews that the machine overheated. Hope it can handle this.
