Moved to a new in-law suite in my son's home and wanted a small, but complete kitchen. Selected this microwave for it's simplicity and price and am more than happy with the results. Great for a single and when I have guests - use it every day.

So Far, So Good

To be honest, we've only had our new GE microwave for just over 24 hours. If it performs as well and as long as our previous GE microwave, we should have nothing but praise for it. You see, our last GE microwave was manufactured in 2002 and finally stopped working after almost 13 years of almost daily use.

great microwave

I bought this to replace my old GE spacemaker that lasted 15 years. I am very pleased with the new sleek updated styling and features are similar. Surface light 2 settings which i like, quiet also when operating. stainless looks good and hasn't been hard to keep free of fingerprints. Size was very, very close to my older model - no problem installing. This model is set up to vent into my kitchen (recirculating) - vents on top versus old model where the vents were on front of microwave.

Easy Installation

Replaced a 6 year old GE Microwave that came with the house when it was built, that had the same type installation. Installing this new one was simple and easy. even for someone that has never done it before. Features are about the same so overall we are very pleased.

I bought this microwave as an upgrade for my kitchen. It looks fabulous above my GE range and has all the features that I need. Took about an hour to install. Nice product!
