Stove top can't be cleaned efficiently.

This review is for the GE stove I bought about 4 years ago. I have never experienced such a disaster with a stove top.

very quiet while cooking, easy to install, only negative door makes more noise opening and closing than microwave does while cooking. over all great microwave.

Problems from the get-go

Followed the installation instruction to the "T" and it would not hang level as the front of the unit hung too low. Took it down and tried again. Same result.
Last week, one of the counter lights burned out. Opened the access panel to find that the bulb had detached from the socket and was hanging from a thin wire. The worst part was that the base of the lamp was now fused to the socket necessitating the ordering of a new lamp socket (4-5 weeks for delivery!). Purchased 10/3/2013 so I hope the warranty covers it.
