Best Mucrowave!

Have had this microwave for 2 months and is the best Mucrowave I have ever purchased (this is my 3rd)! The features are convenient, easy to use and best of all easy to clean!

We have had this unit for a little over a week and so I don't have much to say about the potential reliability other than from what CR has reported. That said, I am impressed with the design and manufacturing quality of the unit. The controls are easy to read and understand. The installation was fairly straightforward, but I did have an issue with the unit being level even after following the instructions to a T and measuring twice. Be aware the unit sits a couple of mm lower than you expect once it engages with the wall bracket.

Purchased this Microwave in September. It was replacing an older GE that the touch panel that had stopped responding. This one has a dial and it is easy to use. I am not a heavy microwave user but the presets and sensors work really well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Pleasant Surprise

Some part of me believes that all microwaves are effectively equal. I willingly admit that this microwave has proved me wrong. Installation could have been simpler but was mostly complicated because I needed to raise the upper cabinet. Basic microwave features (aka time cook) take a few more button pushes to start but there are lots of options. I particularly enjoy the "soften" feature. I expected to find a puddle of butter in the microwave at the end but was impressed that my frozen stick of butter was now perfectly softened and ready for baking.

Broke after 3 months

This microwave actually was working great and then with no warning it just stopped working after only 3 months
