I have had this for a month. It has great features and easily to use. It has a removable shelf which allows two plates at once.

Very nice looking, however I'm concerned about the durability with use over time. The touch functions don't seem like they're going to hold up. Also, it's loud for a new unit.

While reading some reviews of this model, I was, admittedly, a little hesitant. I'm so happy I ignored the comments of people's dislike of the knob. I love the knob. It allows me to really fine-tune my cooking needs for each and every dish or beverage. It heats liquids without boiling over when I chose the pre-programmed settings. This microwave is a winner!
I would recommend this to a friend!
