Another Microwave

This microwave replaces another GE over-the-range microwave oven in the "Profile" series. I hope this oven lasts longer than the one its replacing. The old one only lasted 7 years whereas it predecessor (another GE over the range one lasted almost 30 years). My how GE works to cheapen their products and reduce their life span drastically. The jury is still out on this latest one. So far no problems with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All Controls just wrong!

This purchase has been nothing but regret. It is full of all kinds of pre-sets are useless. Trying to use this is for the simplest tasks is monotonous.

REPLACED MICRO THAT BUILDER HAD INSTALLED. SINCE WE BOUGHT THE MIDEL HOUSE I WAS NOT SURPRISED THAT THE MICRO DIED AFTER A HAIR UNDER 2 YEARS OF OUR USE IT WAS USED WHEN THIS WAS A MODEL SO IT LASTED 5-6 YEARS. WE HAD A GE ADVANTIUM IN OUR LAST NEW PLACE THAT MADE IT FOR 10 YEARS.

The Exhaust Fan is not powerful enough

This Microwave works as designed, nothing to praise or blame. But the exhaust fan at the bottom of the microwave is not powerful enough to suck in the fumes.

Died after just one year

As soon as the warantee was up, it died. Within the year, the handle was melting.
