Turntable Shaft cracked

After having for a month sensor stop working and Microwave never stop even after it reaches the time. Technician came to fix once and again it did not fix the issue. Tech came again and finally sensor part started working. Not sure how long it will work. Already lost the confidence on this product. Now I see turntable shaft cracked. I hardly use microwave and not sure how it was cracked. Poor quality of product. I would not recommend this product due to several issues it has.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the warming feature for the holidays. Do wish it could also function as a conventional oven, but need to review how to convert my recipes to convection. I’m just a novice to these new appliances! Fun to experiment and learn.

Advantium Speed Cook is a bit to get used to, but have used it a lot, and it is great. Steaks to warming loaves of bread, to frozen pastries. Great!

Love the Advantium

This will be our third Advantium.. We have had two Advantium over the range microwaves. They never gave us problems. We moved, thus we had to purchased a second Advantium microwave. Now, we are remodeling our kitchen, purchased the Advantium built in wall oven so that I may be able to reach it. Also, we utilize the speed cook for warming up left overs. It saves on food that we would have normally thrown away Although the price point is higher, it is well worth it to us. We could have pick a lower price point built in, but we love the Advantium, hands down.

Use it everyday and no regrets

We came across the advantium when we were looking for a built in microwave for our remodeled kitchen. It seemed to good to be true but after checking reviews we decided to go for it. Yes it is a bit pricey but the convenience and energy we save from not using the conventional oven makes up for it. Now we grab a pizza from the freezer and within 9 minutes have a crispy crust and gooey cheese meal. We also can grab frozen chicken nuggets and have crispy and ready to eat within 6 minutes. This oven has become our go to for just about everything over the past three years.

This thing is amazing and I love it! I cooked 4 sweet potatoes…PERFECT… in 5 minutes… I didn’t even know that was possible. I’m still learning what this thing can do but so far it is my favorite kitchen upgrade & I’ve told all of my friends to get one… worth the money.
