Great microwave and it is awesome with the higher voltage. Only issue, I have owned for 4 years and the gear/sprocket that rotates the glass plate has broke twice. This will be my 3rd sprocket for this microwave. Very sad for the price I paid for this microwave/oven. Purchased when I built my new house.

Oh no!
We're sorry to hear that the sprocket of your microwave keeps breaking. This can be disruptive when trying to use your appliance and we want to help. An agent will be reaching out to you via email to gather additional information. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
The clock doesn’t stay on. It needs to have an override feature. I look at my oven all the time when I’m in the kitchen cooking to see the time. For the money you pay and no clock?

Hello,
We appreciate you taking the time to provide your opinion and feedback on your new Advantium.
There is no way for the clock to be on, even when the oven is off. It was designed this way to meet June 2016 Department of Energy regulations.
After setting the clock, the time will remain on the display for 30 seconds before turning off. The time is also displayed while the door is open and for 30 seconds after the door closes. This function cannot be overridden.
When using the timer or a cooking feature, the time remaining will continue to be displayed until the timer countdown or cooking cycle is completed. If "settings" or a cooking feature is canceled, the display will go blank and the time will not be displayed.
Please feel free to reach back out if you have additional questions. -Charlie@GEA
We are new to Advantium technology but so far, we are very pleased with the many options it presents to cook, reheat and microwave. I think this will become the favorite appliance in our kitchen over time.
I ended up getting this Advantium INSTEAD of an oven due to my needs and previous oven usage. I was nervous commiting a kitchen refurb to this unknown to me unit, but must say I am pleased with my choice. For future owners I would suggest considering it uses 3 different turntables to swap with cooking method, and the door swings down. Plan ahead for storage to make the experience a little better.
This came highly recommended. I spent a lot of money on this product and it is highly programmed. It’s good, but I think it takes a long time to cook things and it’s called a speed oven.
I see burnout stains in the oven under the glass and rotational stand and stand was not rotating, as we were not aware of the product and were not able to understand why is not rotation, now we see burnout stains underneath when checked with neighbors we came to know something missing as its need to rotate.
