Installed this in my butler's pantry as a supplemental oven and our primary microwave. I absolutely love it. Cookies and brownies cooked in the convection feature come out perfectly and the sensor for the microwaved frozen vegetables, popcorn and reheat all work beautifully. The delayed time bake feature is also great for casseroles, especially since my primary oven doesn't have a time bake feature.
This is my second Advantium and I love it. I'm still experimenting with some of the features. My one complaint is that I cannot reach the back of the oven around the convection fan to clean it. The inside of the oven appears twice as large as my original that lasted 15 years.
We have been redoing our kitchen and replacing old appliances. This has been a favorite! It is very easy to use and has smart technology as there are some preprogramed food and beverage items to choose from for cook/warm times. Very happy with this purchase. So much so, we have purchase the matching profile convection oven.
Bought same model in 2002, the upgrades are fantastic. Love the way you have convection, microwave, and ref oven in 1 machine and can use all features at same time. Live it
I bought this 4 years ago and so it amazes me. Cooks, bakes, roasts beautifully at lightening speed. Best investment for working mom. Family dinners are ready within 20 min. I recommend this for anyone building new home. Requires wiring for oven, not microwave (more powerful ). I also have double oven that I use only for casseroles during holidays. Really, this is all you need! No need to preheat, doesn't heat up the entire kitchen and doesn't waste energy. Cresent rolls in 4 min total! Fish in 12, whole chicken about 20. Not rubbery or dry like microwave only cooking.
My Advantium was installed about 2 months ago. As a microwave, it's good, though I thought it might be faster than my old one, since it's much newer. I haven't tried speedcook for anything adventurous yet. I do love the fact that this unit can serve as a second oven, with convection, no less. But, I discovered that the pie I cooked, was not well cooked on the bottom, because heat didn't circulate under the pie, the way it would have in a traditional oven.
