This microwave came with the appliance package that was installed in my home. The Microwave is 3 years old hand has stopped heating. I took it to my local appliance repair shop and was told that they don't make replacement electrical parts for it. So i am now trying to find one that will fit in the space this one was in.

My 4th Frigidaire Microwave purchase in 8 years!!! This model is the only one that will fit. :-(

So, today, I'm buying my 4th one of these. First purchased in Aug. 2014, then again in Jan. 2017, again in Oct. 2017 and now No. 4 in Oct. 2022. Only one of these was reimbursed under warranty. Unfortunately for me, this microwave is the only one I can find that will fit in my built-in cubby.

Terrible Product

terrible product. The builder used this product at after 2 years it died. It has also been discontinued so even if I wanted to replace it with another one to match the rest of my appliances I can not. I will not be looking at Frigidaire for a replacment.

How do you stop the beeping?!?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model beeps incessantly when cooking is done and before I open the door. Every 10 seconds; my old one was every 2 minutes or so which was tolerable. This is beyond annoying. How do I stop this? Frigidaire engineers, do you do ANY product testing?

Works as Expected, and installation was easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as replacement of similar model (failed after 2-year use). The installation was straight forward and easy. It looks good with the stainless steel frame too.
Much quicker, easier and cheaper than call a repair service.

Not that amazing, but practical

I bought this as a replacement for one that I burned up by guessing at the time for a baked potato. I was happy to see that they had a potato button that would eliminate my errant guesswork.
I am dismayed at the brevity of the instruction manual. Many pages on disclaimers, safety concerns, don't call the factory, blah, blah. Only two pages of instructions on MANUAL operation. Very brief paragraphs on operation, none on the fancy AUTOMATIC operators.
And the defrost control calls for input in GRAMS, not OUNCES. I have to go find a conversion chart each time I need to defrost something. There was little guidance in the operation of the defrost.
Otherwise, the power level is nice, my old one had too much power, but no sensor, thus burned potatoes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
