We got this microwave nine months ago and liked all the features it has. As long as you set them up correctly, all you have to do is press buttons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Heats great. Door latch poor

Bought this for new downsized villa. We haven’t moved there yet but have used it a few times. After about third use, the door wouldn’t open. After cooling off, it opened. I’m afraid I have a lemon. Will be calling appliance store soon. It does heat good well so far. Not a good first experience with this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smudge proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The turntable stopped turning. Really don’t want to get another like this one, but looks like it is discontinued anyway. I like to have all the same brand appliances, and chose Frigidaire Gallery because of the smudge-proof counter-depth frig. Not happy with the Frigidaire dishwasher either- no matter what setting I choose to wash, the dishes are soaking wet even with the heat drying cycle. But I’m stuck with these appliances. They were purchased in April of 2018.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
-A Rinsing Aid must be used (assists in the cleaning and drying of dishes)
-Heated wash option assists in more efficient cleaning and drying of unit and dishes inside
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit
-Ensure no dishes are resting on or blocking the detergent dispenser door, as this will prevent the detergent from being dispensed
-Cycle selection should be changed based on the content of the dishwasher and the soil level of those dishes
-Heavily soiled items should be cleaned using the "Heavy" cycle.
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-Heated dry should be selected
*To clean your spray arms, allow the dishwasher to complete a Sanitizing cycle. If this does not remove all debris, you may find that you are able to remove debris with a toothpick or small gauge wire.
