Annoying Beeper

The microwave works great however the beeping every 10 seconds at end of the cycle. I do NOT like it. Any way it can be deactivated all together?

Bought this microwave at just after Christmas. The digital number screen quit working. I do not like the way you have to open the door either. It is small and hard to push.

Lasted 2 1/2 years

Stopped heating after 2 1/2 years. Fan still runs but no heating. Can't find warranty information on the website, but since they sell extended service contracts for "up to 3 years", I assume the standard warranty is long expired.
I'll be looking for a different brand. And yes the door-ope button is bad, and the incessant beeping is terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hope it lasts longer than the last two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third one of this model. We are somewhat restricted by having to install built in models to match the stove. The last two just stopped working after cooking the same dish that required 15 min. on high. We are afraid to do this again. We only use it to reheat leftovers.

Control Panel and Oven Light too dark.

I purchased this microwave because of the size and I liked the design. I am very disappointed with the dark Control Panel and Oven Light. At first I had to use a flash light to figure out the buttons. The inside oven light is not sufficient when in use or when cleaning. Other than that it still works well. I can put up with the constant beeping if only the lights were brighter.

Medium size microwave, white in color, 30 second feature, softening feature, everything I was looking for! Only negative I have to offer is the annoying beep at the end of the cook cycle. It doesn't quit until you open the door.

Great when it works

This is the 2nd replacement of this model over a four year period. It is very good when it is working but it has stops heating and needs to be replaced--once within a couple of years and once within a couple of months. We like its' look and size but I strongly recommend buying the extended warranty that guarantees replacement since this unit cannot be repaired. Last time I had to go directly to the manufacturer because the store said it would take 3 months to replace. Frigidaire got it to me within 3 weeks.
