NOISY BEEPER

It works fine as a microwave. The problem starts when the microwave stops. It beeps FIVE loud annoying beeps. And continues until you either open the door or Hades freezes over. It is irritating. Our previous microwave would beep three time (at about half the volume) and give us at least 20 seconds before it reminded us again. Please provide a way to change it to fewer beeps, quieter beeps and to limit the times it beeps. Believe me, before we EVER buy another microwave, this will be one feature that we check out.

defective out of the box

I opened the box, plugged it in and the darn thing started turning the table and had the light kicked on. I could open the door to stop it but it just kept running. I called Frigidaire and they were extremely helpful and kind! I loved the customer service I received! I explained that the microwave was sent through SouthernEstates it came with my home, so I didn't have a receipt. They sent me an email with instructions on how to be refunded since the microwave was defective and unrepairable. So on the product itself, poor. On the customer service provided, Excellent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy with my microwave, it does everything I need for it to do and more. I haven't had any problems with it. I like the style, even tho I didn't notice it didn't have a handle on it. But that's ok I still love.

We bought this microwave two months ago. It is much more powerful than our last one and I like that we can punch in exact cooking times instead of always using the presets.

DOA out of the box

The first one we ordered didn't work at all. DOA. After some debate we ordered another but the display was very poor and not visible in the under counter location we were going to use it so we wasted $50 shipping it back for a credit to ABT.

Don't buy this microwave

Poor touch pad, no internal cooling fan which causes unit to run hot. Not good for long term reliability! Clumsy software. Flimsy push button that opens door. Sorry I purchased this unit
