Very sad that this was a lemon. I bought one and the push handle came off within 2 weeks. Returned it and the same thing happened. I really wanted to support a company that makes their items in America. Returned the second and bought another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this microwave except for 1 feature it does not have. The baked potato feature....but other than that it does what it's suppose to do.

We have this at our office and it works great, but the door broke after about two months of it being used to where it wont pop open when you hit the button. You have to hold the button down and open the door manually.
