Good Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a visit from the repairman to fix the door latch The microwave should never have left the factory without a test that the door will open so the microwave would work properly.

Door stopped working right away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than a month of using this microwave, the door open button has stopped functioning correctly. When I press it, the door remains shut. I have to hit the front of the microwave like Fonzie starting a jukebox to get the door to pop open. I don't recommend this model for anyone.

Powerful Microwave

works great...when it works

This microwave worked great for the two years that I've had it. Yesterday it quit working. It's not worth the aggravation of finding a place to fix it. I've had microwaves for 10 years or more with no problems. this one only lasted 2.

Not What We'd Hoped For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is okay, but not nearly as easy to use or functional as our last Half-Time Oven model. When you try to auto-cook baked potatoes, it asks how many potatoes you'd like to cook but then one accept any number other than one. So, you guess at how long to cook your potatoes. Not the end of the world, but not helpful. Grilling is so-so. You have to remove the glass tray anytime you want to use the convection cooking. We didn't have to do that with our Half-Time and it's inconvenient. This oven doesn't do nearly as good a job with cooking in half the time - food doesn't get done and/or is soggy. So again, this microwave is "ok" but certainly not all we'd hoped for or thought we were getting.

Thank you for your feedback, tommr. To cook multiple potatoes, you will need to press the #1 key once, twice, or three times for 1, 2 or 3 potatoes. You can find instructions for this on page 14 of your manual. Use the rack or the metal tray when using convection cooking for the best results. I replaced my prior microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the exact same model and loved it. In one year it didn’t work though. I was surprised this high end model only had a one year warranty. Had to buy a new one. Thought the magnetron would be warranted longer.
