Stopped working

Worked and looked nice for a few months. My wife liked the convection feature. Unfortunately less than 6 months in and it powers up but does not cook the food anymore. Willl try and get warranty to cover but from researching the problem online, something with the door switch normally, it's been a problem for a long time and most repair services won't warranty the repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Nice HAS PROBLAMS

Purchased 5/23/12 today is 7/13/12. Product less than two months old. Turns off after 3 minutes of microwave use. ARKS with light popcorn bags(needs cup of water to use.) Will not work when the timer is set.
If you can get pass thes problems then it's okay. It's a bit troubling I have had it such a short time and I have found so many ways it cannot be used.

Not a very good product

Puchased this microwave 12/27/11. It is now 8/2/12. The unit has been replaced twice so I'm on the third one. First one started making noise that kept getting louder. Second one lasted one month and quite working. Just picked up third one. Guess what. Used it once and now doesn't work at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well, I have to be honest, I have no reason to be anything less,,,. This microwave Does as it's supposed to for the most part. We recently had several storms and the unit would work, BUT NOT in microwave mode after /returning the first one, for a fan that sounded like a 747 taking off in the kitchen. I spoke with 2 technicians, one said take it back, the other advised me to unplug it for atleast 10 min. I did unplug it at first, but not for 10 min. Much to my surprise after the problem occured, I did as instructed from the second tech. and waited 10 min or so, Well low and behold the microwave portion was working again. So at this point in time, I am pleased again with the product for the most part. It needs to come with a second rack for larger items such as a chicken you want to cook on convection. However there are ways around that too, just leave it in for longer on broil as I noted in my first post. It is a bit of a chore to figure out the best way to cook some things, and I did recommend a cookbook for this specific unit, which customer support would take into consideration. We Will See.... Still sceptical but, armed with extended warranty and nothing but time!

Great Micro

This microwave is a quality product. Easy to keep clean. Love the quick buttons; although found on other brands, these are much easier to switch from quick to timed cooking. I am very happy with this microwave.

I have had this convection microwave for a couple of months now and couldn't be more pleased. The unit is quiet, easy to operate, and cooks the food very nicely.The stainless steel cover shows hand prints and smudges but this is my first stainlees product so I can't be negative about this unit untill I 've had others. The quality is very ggod on this microwave and I would highly recommend it.

This microwave replaced the same model that died about 13 months after we bought it. We bought the same model because it was the only one with a conventional heating in our price range. This time we took the extended warranty.

Looks attractive and works well. One small defect - the glass in front of the clock is hazy. Display looks like a readout through fog.
