[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in May and it died in August. It was replaced with a new one so hopefully it will last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the stainless steel. The inside of the oven cleans very nicely. That is why we had to get a new one. Our old one's interior flaked off. Like the convection feature but still learning how to use that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago. I have found it to be attractive, functional and small enough to fit in the space where my built in one died. I am extremely satisfied with this microwave.

Can only be replaced , no parts!

I've had this unit for 4 years. It's always been really noisy but I thought that was normal. It finally just gave out and now I'm here trying to order parts and they tell me this unit can only be replaced. No replacement parts for this unit. "What!?" All I need is a capacitor! Y'all couldn't make a few? I do have to say it looks really good in my kitchen though.

Great product for the $$$

I bought this oven for its convection feature as well as the powerful microwave capabilities. The convection feature cooks faster than a traditional oven, and heats the kitchen up MUCH LESS in the summertime :) It comes with a glass turntable for when using the microwave feature, and a metal pan when using all others. Today (and its why I am back on the site) I broke the glass turntable. I'm not sure I'll replace it or not, as you can use the metal one in the microwave. I know, sounds crazy, but the way it is made, there are no problems with it.
If you are on the fence about buying this one, go for it. I've not been the least bit unhappy with it (until I broke the glass - but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product)

Combo Microwave/Convection Oven
on January 5, 2012

We purchased this unit from Bestbuy as they had it "in stock." A necessity as our Whirlpool Double Wall Oven & Whirlpool Microwave quit working within days of each other. The unit was well pack and worked "out of the box." The overall dimensions are 20"X21"X18". The back side of the unit has a small protrusion which prevents "snugging" up to the wall. However, venting appears to be on the side. It features two turntable; one glass the other is metal. Switched when changing between Microwave and Convection Oven functions. The control panel is a bit complicated because of the dual functions. However, there is a two sided magnetized "quick start guide" included. Which we "attached" to the side for reference. We have owned this unit for about three weeks. We have baked bread and cooked chicken in the convection mode. Reheating and melting in the microwave mode. I would initially give 7 1/2 stars out 10 for functionality. Rating for durability and lifetime is still pending.

Great Combo-Microwave/Convection Oven
on January 18, 2012

We purchased this unit in mid-December of 2011 as our Whirlpool Double Oven & separate Whirlpool microwave unit quit working within days of each other. We needed an appliance that would fill the "gap" for our immediate cooking needs It was also available at our local "BestBuy." The overall dimensions of 20"x21"x13" made a perfect fit for one of our unused kitchen counter-top spaces. Overall, we are quite satisfied with this appliance. As a convection oven it takes a while to pre-heat to the maximum setting of 450 degrees. The convection heating element is in the back-side of the oven. The oven gets uncomfortable warm to the touch at this temperature; except for the door. There is side and back ventilation that's a bit noisy; but only in the immediate vicinity. But the convection cooking is faster than in a conventional oven. The grilling operation is straight forward with prompts from the key board control panel. So far we have grilled various vegetables and chicken with good results. The "grill" heating element is located at the inside top of the oven; separate heating element from the "convection" mode. For convection & grilling modes we use the metal tray on the turntable. This appliance also does a great job as a microwave. It has a glass tray for the turntable in this mode. We have used it for re-heating various foods, melting cheese, butter and warming condiments. It has performed these tasks very well. Probably, in my opinion, the most useful accessory "out of the box" was the two side "Quick Start Guide." It outlines, the various user modes and the appropriate keypad entries . The unit came out of the box in extremely good condition; with no mars, scratches or dents.
