It is 2.5 years old and two repairs. Reliability is low by any standard.

Good basic microwave. A nice feature is a reminder that signals every minutes after food is done. I'm a bit concerned about reliability of the keypad. Some buttons have required multiple hits to make an entry. Time will tell.

The main factor in purchase was the overall dimensions to fit in my cubicle.

This product works perfect. Does it work very well. Heats evenly and quickly. The reason for not giving 5 star is, it cannot be used for reheating in secs. But it allows for just 30 secs which is quick and easy. But for 40 secs, we have to use 1 min,wait and stop for 40 secs. That's the one which i didn't like. Other than this it's very decent product.

Heats up food fast., and in less time. Found the touch buttons a little difficult at first. You just have to get used to using it.
