Great microwave heat quickly and evenly

Great but shows finger prints watch the popcorn button cooks it quicker than the time allotted!!!

We've owned this microwave for about 3 months now and it's working great. We've had no problems what so ever. I love the stainless steel look and it matches my stainless steel appliances perfectly.

Works OK most of the time

Have owned for a couple of months now and have to say it's not the best designed microwave I've ever had. To heat anything for less than 30 seconds requires that you push an extra button to start a "timed cook" instead of just entering your 30 seconds time. Pushing any of the numbers without hitting the "timed cook" button will automatically start cooking for that number of minutes. The other annoying issue has been that since we started using it there have been 3 times that the control panel has just locked up. It will display the cook time entered but hitting start has no effect nor does hitting clear/stop or any other buttons. The only way to reset it is to unplug it and plug it back in. The unit this one replaced was the exact same rated wattage but heated MUCH quicker than this one (not sure now if wattage is a good indicator of heating power). We have had to basically double or triple the time to get the same result. Only other issue is that because the power cord enters the rear of the unit straight on it won't allow the unit to sit close to the wall in the rear. Our previous unit would sit almost flush because of the way the power cord entered the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plastic keyboard cracks

Microwave works great and heats things fast. The only issue is the plastic keypad breaks. I contacted GE about this and they are in process of grnting me a refund.

Very satisfied with this microwave. Had one almost same as this model that we replaced. Reason I chose GE again was that it is much more solid of a unit than many of the others on the market.

Happy with microwave, it works well. The touchpad has sightly smaller than normal buttons and requires a more definite push to get them to work, that is my only complaint.
