I very rarely use this product... the only problem I seem to have is that the message I keep getting is not addressed in the directions. (I try to set the time, and it keeps saying "Food" -- ) Other than that, it seems to work great!

Issue with Door Seal

Overall this is a really good microwave. Unfortunately the FIRST time I used it to make baked potatoes, the steam passed in between the panes of glass on the door and began running down the inside. I now have streaks in the door that cannot be cleaned.
