I bought this a few months ago and so happy I did. It heats food up great. I love pre-programed features. Jut hit the button and o. Easy to use and clean.

Looks Cheap.

The door is not square. It hangs down on the right bottom edge. There is cardboard inside covering the microwave heat generator. I purchased this unit to replace a identical GE that died after only 4 years use. I purchased this because we need a microwave and it was in stock and it fits within a specified space. We have wagers on how long it will last ranging from 2 months to 2 years. My wager is it will last at least 1 year and 1 day because that is how long the factory warranty last. I am planning on shopping for a new microwave as this new one dies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a nice microwave

I purchased this in February 2014 and within 2 weeks I had a problem with the keypad not working. I put in a service request for this issue and after unplugging it and trying to reset it, it finally started working. I canceled the service request and will see if the problem happens again.
My only complaint with the features is that the timer cannot be stopped once you activate it. It has to go through the entire time programmed. That is very frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable, nice looking oven

I purchased this microwave about 1 year ago, and have nothing but praise for it. I use it a minimum of 6 - 8 times/day and it has NEVER failed to perform.
My only fault is that since it is a countertop model it is best situated or placed close to the counter's front edge to access the push button on the bottom front, to open the door...wish it had a handle to open.
