Not quite as good as previous same model

The numbers and letters could be easier to read, the digital readout is smaller, multiple presses on the keypad is needed to enter time,etc
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Power, sleek design and ease of use are the features I like the most. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the fact that I am always cleaning the stainless steel. I would have preferred black, but that was not available.

Instruction manuel needs to be more specific

I purchased this about 2 months ago - there was a piece of cardboard on the right wall. I looked in the instruction book to see if this stayed in or whether it needed to come out. I could not find any info about this so I took it out - in the process it tore - then I finally figured out it was to stay in so I had to purchase a new piece.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our previous microwave developed problems after 11 months of use, but we loved the features, so we returned it to the store and got another one just like it!
