Random power failures

This was purchased online about 10 days ago and now today it has begun experiencing random power failures. The unit stops midway through cooking and displays a PF. I can hit cancel and restart it but it shouldn't happen. What's the cause and how do I fix it?

Received my microwave oven for a gift. It has a lot more features than my old one of twenty years. It is more accurate. I love the code system for cooking and thawing.

It isn't a bad microwave, but there are a couple of things that make it rate 3 stars. When you set the timer, there is no way to stop it. Unless my microwave is malfunctioning, then I have yet to find a way to stop the timer midway, or stop it to reset it if I want to. It forces you to wait until it finishes.
Secondly, we've only had it a few months and the coating on the clear/stop button appears to be loosening. It's like a clear plastic.
Finally, the popcorn setting is off. It tends to burn smaller bags of popcorn. Don't really know how it does on larger ones because we don't use those.

I bought this microwave a month ago because I was redoing my kitchen with all stainless and chrome small appliances. It replaced a near identical unit white unit which I had for 9 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
