How long WD Purple Surveillance can operate in Sec

I use a Purple SV Series SATA Hard Drive with a capacity of 2TB, which is used for IP CCTV (NVR) recording equipment.
is there a stipulation how long I have to prepare a replacement hard drive?
As we know, CCTV hard drives are used every day.
and is there a newsletter that I can use as a parameter for periodic hard disk replacement?
