Large, powerful, user-friendly and beautiful appliance!

The large size accommodates tall dishes and many pre-coded methods of cooking. Love, love, love this appliance! Can find nothing bad to say about it!

Needs more user setup options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit needs to have LOUDER cycle complete sound. Unit needs BRIGHTER display for bright kitchens, Unit needs lighted touch pad display, when kitchen lighting is dim.

This product falls short on quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control display light is so dim you cannot see the numbers from 5 ft. away. In the day light you have to cover the display in order to read it. At night the display is half the brightness of the matching double oven we purchased at the same time. G.E. stated that was the way it was designed. GE customer service person wrote it's the first they heard of this, and after viewing the model online she can relate to our problem. Yet in their own customer comments it stated the same problem several times. GE said if it becomes a trend then perhaps they will redesign the new control panel. WHEN?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 18 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read the glowing reviews, and one month ago I would have written one myself, but now, quite the opposite. We have had this one since January 2012 and it was fine up until a few days ago. Now the microwave will not work at all. The numbers count down but nothing is happening. No sounds, no turntable. I am no longer under warranty so who knows what this will cost. These appliances are designed to last only as long as the warranty I feel. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old counter-top microwave with this over the range microwave. Installed it myself (a little tricky but not too hard). We love the dual functionality of using it as a convection oven as well as a microwave (so, now we have two ovens and don't really need a third one). So far, have used it mostly for microwaving and a bit for convection oven features also. It takes a bit getting used to the dial setting of temperature and times (instead of a number keyboard) but we like the overall look (matches our wall oven - also a Profile) and it works very well for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] despite having to learn how to used all the features ;this product performs very well ;although removing hot items from the cooking racks is precarious since the door lacks a detention and swings closed making you dodge hot surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this product for several years. Don't like the 15 second increments. Bought this model to have more oven/baking capabilities. It does a great job with the convection baking and roasting. Don' t know how I managed holiday dinners without it.
