poor service life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did not last long. It was only used for short warmings a few time a week. It became troublesome in less than 3 years & had to be replaced. I do not conside it a quality product .And I do not recommend it to anyone.

Convection bake a little slow heating up

Great so far

The convection oven works great, preheats fairly quickly, and cooked evenly. Defrost worked very efficiently and quickly. We were very pleased to learn that there were separate settings for the convection oven and the convection/microwave quick bake! I had been concerned that the convection oven might still engage the microwave cooking elements, but it did not. We haven't had it long enough to speak to endurance over time, but we are initially very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the product for a day already and so far we love it. The quality of the product feels sturdy. We got the convection option to get rid of the toaster oven we have to save space on the counter top for my wife. We are happy to gain that space back and we feel the convection was worth the extra few dollars we spent on this model. We did a lot of research on Microwaves and the GE came out on top in most of the reviews with the convection feature. We also have a friend who has one and they are going on 10 + years with it. The only thing I have to get used to is that you have to press a few other buttons to start. My old one was just type in the time and hit start. this one you have to press microwave - then use the roller to adjust the cook time - then press the roller in to accept the time - then hit start. A few extra steps but I think I will get used to it fast.

Excellent Features Easy to Use

Does not meet expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convection oven takes twice the time to cook as compared twice the time to cook as compared to my old counter top toaster/convection oven. Not energy or time efficient!
