I had been looking at televisions for six months, and I have to say that I did not see myself purchasing a Sharp. But after comparing the specs with Samsung and Sony 3D models, not to mention the superior picture from the display, Sharp beat them out hands down.
Since I have had my television home I have felt even better about my purchase.
It's like having a movie theater in my home.
