This is my first Samsung product (Washer / Dryer). I did few loads and it worked like charm.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

Too many problems within first year

I bought this dryer less than a year ago and already have had several problems. 1. the inside vent got a rust like stain that then stained my whites. 2. The HE light is constantly on and shuts down my drying. The dryer dosen't produce enough heat. (HE means invalid heating temp). 3. When using any of the steam features my clothes get soaked, therefore I have to use another cycle just to dry them and they are no better off than before I started. My product is till under warranty, so I had someone out to fix it, but the one part is taking over 2 weeks, so off to the laundromat I go after spending all that money on what I thought was a top notch system.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
