Web Browser is Just Useless

2 Important things you need to know about this TV.
1-) If you plan to use the web browser feature of the TV, you can not watch videos on a website because the TV has flash 8. Most videos require flash 9 or above which this TV does not support. Do not buy this item if you plan to watch videos from an ordinary website.

2-) IF you plan to hook your laptop up to your TV and use it as a large screen,VGA connections do not work well with this TV. You need to use an HDMI connection or a converter from VGA to HDMI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has everything I wanted. I researched online and this is the only reasonnably priced TV with the latest featured that I was looking for.

I LOVE MY LG . THE QULITY OF THE PICTURE IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN. THE 3D IS EXECELLENT
AS EVERYTHING ELSE IS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS IT DOES NOT SUPPORT DTS AUDIO AND ADOBE FLASH PLAYER AND AM HOPING THAT AN UPGRADE WILL BE COMMING SOON. THE 3D GLASES ARE GREAT THEY ARE NOT HEAVY AND NOT EXPENSIVE AND GIVE A GREAT 3D PICTURE

This TV has an excellent picture in both 2D and 3D. It's very crisp. Easy to setup and use. All the smart tv functions work great and are fun, internet ,netflix,Facebook,twitter etc. Very wide viewing angle, which works out well for my living room layout. If your thinking about a 3D HDTV this is the one. You don't have to mess around with shudder glasses, the glasses you purchase at the theater work just fine.

Given the low price i was not expecting much. As it turned out, this is an INCREDIBLY superior product. The images and colors are crisp and the 3d- flawless. Only regret- should have bought the 55" model, but as this one is 240hz felt the 55' set had only 120 hz so settled on 47"
