Do not care for the water level control. Would like to have a option to set water level. Over all cycle takes to long compared to my last Whirlpool washer. I have my washer in my kitchen and it seems loud.

The sense-dry system is awesome. Using so much less electricity. Took the guesswork out of trying to decide how long to dry something.

Time and money saver

This dryer performs extremely well. It holds a huge load and has settings that will ensure the shortest drying time for the particular fabrics. Loads dry quickly which is a huge time saver and money saver as our electric bills will go down. The door opens down so that clothes never end up on the floor, and it runs quietly.

I have owned my Whirlpool WED4900XW2 Electric Dryer with AccuDry?? for over a month now and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Simple, easy to use and dries clothes perfectly either times or when using the sensors.

What I thought was a 'basic' model has features beyond my expectations. I especially like the Wrinkle Sheild feature, saves me from my life revolving around laundry that may wrinkle! The unit is quiet and dries quickly, so that the laundry is not 'backed up' from the washer if it's 'laundry day'. Kudos!

Our new electric dryer as all the features I need in a dryer. I would highly recommend Whirlpool as a brand. I cannot fairly comment on quality as it relates to longevity since we have had the dryer for less than 6 months. But I am happy with all aspects of it so far.
