Nice simple dryer. Has an internal light when door opens that makes its easy to see and grab all the dried clothes.

Many new features

I had my previous dryer for over 25 years. I have had difficulty adapting to this model because it has so many options and cycles that I have found it confusing. It does not always seem to meet my needs in terms of drying cycles. Maybe it's just me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As has been our past experiences with Whirlpool products, our new dryer has lived up to our expectations. We are very satisfied with our new dryer and our other Whirlpool appliances.

I do like this product the price was right. It does a good job and I have no complaints. It is not high end I did not want to pay high end price though and I feel I got exactly what I paid for. It washes well, it is fairly quiet, it is easy enough to use and I love that it is high energy efficient.

I particularly like the wrinkle-free feature. It eliminates finding your clothes hopeless wrinkled. I also like the intermittent reminder that the clothes are done. (Both features can be turned off if you don't want them. It's also a very quiet dryer, and with the automatic settings, does not overdry the clothes.
