Nice large dryer tub

Jean drying feature. Signal at end tells you clothing are dry but dryer comes on again to keep wrinkles out. Nice dryer for the money.

I love this dryer. It is large and roomy. Clothes do not wrinkle if I do not empty the dryer right when it is finished drying. I can dry a kingsized comforter in it, which really makes my day. No complaints on this one. Also, it is quiet.

I love my new Whirlpool Dryer

I love the multiple Energy Efficiency settings and large load capacity. The settings allow you to adjust drying times and temperatures for every type of load imaginable and doesn't overheat/over dry the linens. My electric bill has dropped by $10-15 per month since I started using my new dryer!!!

I like the feel and fuction of the dials on the right side of the panel but would wish for something more for the dial on the left that controls the time. To me it feels rough when rotating and almost seems like it's gualding up. Unlike the dials on the right side that have smooth motion and action this one does not and I think this will be the first to go out. As for the other features of the machine there is one other thing and that is the front load. It is not easily accessible for clothes that are clear at the back of the machine and you almost have to get on your knees to get to them. Also not sure yet about the lint feature on the top of the dryer. So far its working well but could see the screen and the seal around it causing some trouble if you clean it out as often as it should be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good basic dryer for the price

Does the job! Actually dries a load in one run. Only minor issue is location of lint trap being on top of machine. Entire machine is very sturdy except for the door-love that it is pull down, but it is flimsy and not as solid as rest of unit. Have already seen energy savings in 2 months of use. For family of 5, very pleased with size! Would recommend.

I did a lot of research before I purchased this dryer. The Whirlpool name is reliable and I love that their products are made in the U.S.A. The energy efficient sensor drying cycle is a must for new dryers, but you have to learn how it works. I find if you try to dry heavy clothes on the sensor setting, your clothes may not be completely dry at the end of the cycle. I suggest timed drying for heavy loads. But all in all, I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend Whirlpool appliances!
