This is a great, reliable dryer with large tumbler. I can fit even a King size comforter in it. Love it!

Really like the fact that I can put delicates in & not worry about over drying them. Love the large interior and door to lay the clothes on. Very quiet and like the fact that I can run it without the buzzer going off too.

I was shopping on a limited budget for a washer and dryer. I knew I couldn't afford one of the newer front load pairs and I knew I didn't want the very basic lower model. I stumbled on this Whirlpool model. My parents owned a Whirlpool brand my entire childhood (or as far as I can remember) so I knew the brand was reliable. When I got it home and used it for the first time, it exceeded my expectations. The energy saving cycle works wonders. It takes no time for even my bath towels to dry. If you are looking for a not so expensive product that can get the job done, this is it!!

Drying times

Experience over 3 months usage indicate extended drying times are needed when not using the highest temp setting (e.g. "jeans"). Otherwise, a good value for average use (6-8 loads/week).

When I bought my house a simple Kenmore dryer was left behind. After using it for several years, the motor eventually died. I decided to buy new instead of repair, and I wanted to find a brand that would be delivered and installed for free. Best Buy offered free delivery and take away so I looked at the top rated dryers on its site. This model had great reviews and several features that I liked. Now, I did have a very simple model prior so it didn't take much to impress me, but I do love how this dryer performs. It's fast, dries the way it is supposed to dry, and I don't think it's noisy at all. For the price of this dryer and it's functionality, I really could not be happier.

This dryer dries clothes a lot faster with less time..The automatic accudry system works great...I use this feature more then timed drying.and it even has a buzzer that tells you when your clothes are done..cool. This big dryer even has a light ...so you can see everything.. Great dryer..whirlpool.
