Great economy feature

Overall, this dryer is brilliant.... Fast and effective. The only down side is that it's a bit noisy...... Not that I like peace and quiet, we'll actually I do - I have two girls who tear around as if they're on a football field! And even they can't drown out the low rumbling. BUT, and this is a BIG but...... I honestly don't think you'd find a quieter one, machine.... not my girls!

Like the dryer

I've only had the dryer for 1 1/2 months but I like it. It has all the features that I was looking for. The large capacity drum makes drying my comforters and quilts faster. An improvement over my last dryer.

Reliable, good value

We've had this unit for a little over a year and it's been really good to us. The only problem is that the start button looks like a dial, so one's tendency is to turn it, which makes the button pop out. It's easy to fix, but still annoying when it happens. Otherwise, it's nice and quiet, has good settings and dries clothes well. Just what it should.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Economical

I am thrilled with my new dryer. My old one was 25 years old with broken timer. With all the new drying features I can cut my drying time in half, saving me a lot of money on my power bill. It has very clean lines and looks great. I mostly use the "economy" feature which dries very well.

After having my old dryer repaired a few times, I was definately ready for a new one! I knew what I had in mind, but I didn't know that I could find it. Hooray I did! I did not want anything too complicated, so when I saw this model, I knew that I loved everything about this dryer. After using it for a few weeks, I am still in love....It gives me only happy laundry days.

I'm happy with the purchase. A couple of minor inconveniences: lint filer on top is long and flimsy (which I knew from reviews before purchasing); it does leave a mess on top of dryer, but it's easily cleaned and I prefer that to having lint on the clothes, with a front lint filter. There are a couple of places on the drum, inside the dryer, where a bit of caked lint collects; not a big deal though. I usually use auto dry, and it dries well, but I usually need the "very dry" setting especially if jeans are mixed with lighter weight fabrics (some clothes are dry, but not always the jeans) or when I dry thick, cloth diapers. This is mostly an issue with me choosing the right setting, but the diapers sometimes need a second drying cycle.Good product, I recommend it, especially for someone, like me, who wants basic manual knobs and likes the hamper style door (which prevents me from dropping clothes on the floor during transfer from washer.)
