Some good/Some bad

This product keeps a very steady temperature for cooking. However the design isn't the best. The top gets really hot and I don't like that the bottom drawer is actually the broiler. The broiler pan doesn't fit very well into it and you can't keep the pan in the bottom even when it is on bake or it becomes extremely hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cast iron grates are heavy

Cast iron grates are heavy. Black surface is impossible to keep dust free. Love the gas range.

This stove is very easy to maintain and easy to clean. I have had no problems with this appliance. I am definitely considering buying other Whirlpool Appliances in the near future such as a washer and dryer.

Not only does it look better than the competing brands for the price, but functions really great. Example - The burners each have electronic ignition, but a very fast ignition which lights the burners almost instantly. Way better than my old stove.

Burner grates don't sit properly on the stovetop. Stovetop get too hot when oven is in use. Burners don't have a wide range of flame, only medium to high. But it works and the oven controls are easy to use.

I bought this a few months ago and it works wonderfully. It heats up to temperature very quickly. Great purchase for the price.
