I own the 3, 2.5, and the dual units and love all of them. We host at least four times a year for a crowd of 15-20+ and these are always perfect for our needs. We lend these out often and purchased a set for my mom for Christmas. Only disappointment is that they are being discontinued.

I mean it is amazing,not only do I use it for Home,it is also use for events at my church.....members are always asking me about my Crock Hook up........I have three and plan on getting three more...only thing I wish they had a carry bag for traveling...other than that LUV LUV LUV EM!
Pros: best hook ever for serving food hot or cold
Cons: just need carry transport bags
