loud, dents, cheap, micro-ice cubes

Knew this wasn't the top of the line but, geesh. It makes a racket more often than not and the ice cubes are microscopic. It dents if you breath hard on it and the plastic cover across the bottom looks cheap and very poorly fitted. Spend more and get a better looking and better behaving unit. Even the lighting inside is sub-par. Thumbs down....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased less than a month ago and am now in process of returning to seller due to a defective evaporator fan motor which is very loud. Very disappointed in Whirlpool and dealership.

I love this fridge!

A fridge is a big investment and I had been researching for months on what the best option would be for my new condo. I was lucky enough to find the Whirlpool side by side refrigerator 21 cu and I am so glad that I did. I love everything about the fridge from the design of the actual fridge to the way the shelves are so easy to take out. Lots of space for a 21 cu as well.

Fits perfect

We bought this 3 weeks ago and love the door features and stainless finish . Fits perfect with the counters in the kitchen and still plenty of room on the inside with the way the shelving is arranged , the reason for only 4 stars was the freezer could be a little larger and the ice maker could be a little quieter but don't notice it now !

Great frig

When I ordereded it I neglected to tell sales person that the opening was at the corner of the kitchen. Thus when it was installed it was a "tight" fit. The other problem is that the frig door won't open all the way as the door handle hits the wall, my fault. A SUGGESTION - have doors designed with recessed handle to allow more room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be the fridge for you if fitting into a smaller space is important for your cupboard configuration is important. I specifically bought this fridge based on the size. It has a smaller than average freezer, but the fridge is a nice size. The clear plastic shelves make finding things easier so I hope they are a quality plastic and we don't have any cracking or chipping issues in time
