too hot!!!

Machine works as it should except it seems to get way too hot! Heating it up for 10 mins before hand makes the sugar (which is actually "cotton candy express" brand sugar specifically for these machines) sling to the sides melted. If I turn it off for 60 seconds and start it back up it seems perfect but again, within 30 seconds gets too hot and starts slinging this in more of a liquid form. I am very disappointed in this machine. It does seem well built for what it is. But it just doesn't work like it should. My girls are very disappointed ?

Didn’t even work once

Got it hoping for a fun treat with the kids. Filled the instructions as explained but around 4 minutes it started making a funny noise then when we added the candy the little spinner part stoped spinning making all the sugar burn. Had to air it outside. Very sad

Major let down

Was very excited to buy this for myself and my kids. I originally bought it for a Christmas gift from Santa. I didn't receive the sugar at the same time so I opened the box after getting the sugar and the Extractor head is no where to be found. Very frustrating. The box was sealed at delivery and now I have a useless machine without the extractor head.

Major Disappointment

My son’s grandma bought this Bella cotton candy maker for him for his birthday and he was so excited to use it. We were expecting to use it for his birthday party on Sunday just to open the package to find that the speed extractor rotator head to put the sugar in was not in the box. A major let down as this machine has no purpose now and cannot be used.

Don’t waste your time or money on this piece of JUNK

I can’t find my receipt because it got lost in the hushle and bustle of a large family reunion so I can get a refund for my purchase but this machine was crap out of the box. Bought it for a family reunion (7/12/24) movie night for 20 kids to have cotton candy and it didn’t make a single cone of cotton candy. It just slung out melted sugar on the side of the bowl.
