Finally, Everything I need in one printer

From paper loading to changing ink cartridges, it's been thought out from the user's standpoint and it's finally done right. I no longer find myself spending hours trying to resolve a printing problem when a project is due. My Brother printer asks for little and gives a lot. Why didn't this happen 20 years ago?

I am so impressed with this unit. My last unit from a different company had problems that their customer service was of no help and didn't even try. Your customer service people are so helpful and patient. I bought your your cheapest unit and it's better than any other scanner/printer I've used or seen. I makes me wonder what additional features your higher priced models can perform. I may settled too quickly for your lowest priced model.

fax set up not clear , if using as out going only system, would like to preview scan before scanning and make adjustments ,not possible ,cumbersome and confusing enlargement or reduction of copies if needed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only had the printer for about a month. And I do love it! The setup was easy and it is easy to use. I would highly recommend this printer.

Generally Good, but noisy

This printer does everything it is supposed to. My only concern it the noise it generates. I have a hearing problem, and cannot use the adjacent telephone when the printer is in use.
