We love our Alen air purifier. We like the convenience of getting our replacement filters through the mail on a six month schedule. We have had no problem with our purifier. My husband has asthma and we have noticed a great difference in our air quality since making this purchase!!

The filter seams to be of excellent quality, I just wish that the filter had a longer life of usage that is, perhaps to make them washable at least once without compromising the integrity of the filter

Home smelling cleaner

Great filter

Filter works well and happy with the size and shape of the product. The noise level is ok and we appreciate the low light that doesn't distract in the dark. The only difficulty we've experienced is with the change filter light. We can't figure out how to turn it off once it turned on and replaced with new filter. The replacement filters came nicely packaged and on time.
