I'm on a subscription basis and have a filter delivered about every 6 months.
An email is sent before mailing and if I'm not ready for a new filter I just let Alen know.
This filter works very well as I can tell by the collection of dust, etc. when it's time to change.
I'm very satisfied with the quick delivery time and the filter quality.

Perfect for a bedroom

I'm a 77 yr old male with various physical problems, one being sinuses.. Breathing clean fresh air is a priority for me. Been using my Alen Paralda for approx 4 yrs now n find it doing a great job. I replace the filter when red light comes on, about 6 most. Never had a problem, highly recommend. Lights can be eliminated at night too

I love my Alen purifier.

I love my Alen purifier. I use it in my bedroom and it runs continuously. Customer service reps is always friendly and polite. The purifiers are expensive, but the filters are easy to replace and it's easy to clean the sides of the purifier. I've had it for about 5 years and it is definitely worth the investment.
