Alen HEPA-Silver Filter

I've had this machine for about 6 years now and it is great. I was changing the filter with the regular ones. I recently changed the filter to the HEPA-Silver Filter, to see if it works better. It seems like it will last longer than the other filters, but not much difference.

these air filters have really worked well for us. We live in China and are very much needed. We have an air quality sensor and when our filters are going the bring the readings down to near 0. We also notice that with the silver that we tend to get sick a lot less.

After only one day of use the red replace filter light came on. The air doesn't smell any cleaner. Very dissatisfied.
