An efficient long lasting product!

We have had our machine for several years now and it still operates at peak efficiency. We have it in our bedroom and it really has helped to conquer the allergy problems. We put it on high during the day and turn it on low at night and it is so quiet it does not disturb our sleep.

The new filter design with

The new filter design with padding along the outside edges does not activate the filter presence switch so the unit will not turn on. I had to "jury-rig" the switch in order to activate it.

My alen air purifier is the best one out there!

My son suffered from multiple allergies,mostly dusts and molds, to the point we had to remove him from the public school he attended due to the mold problems there that we're left unattended so he now does cyber school.we purchased our Alen about 4 years ago and what a difference it makes in our home. We have so little dust,my son is off all his allergy medications and inhalers and able to play all the sports he loves now without health problems....we will ALWAYS have an Alen air purifier in our home..they are remarkable! Thank you for such a great product! I'm also on the scheduled shipping plan for my filters and they arrive like clock work. Very convenient! Thank you again!

Alen A350 air purifier

I have the Alen air purifier and have been pleased with its trouble-free operation. I am in an older condo in Chicago and do think the air purifier makes a difference in the air quality in my apartment. I am also impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the Alen Corp. staff.

Good to Great air cleaning unit!

Its all good or great even. When the dust flies or the wildfire smoke comes in, this unit excels. My wife's allergy symptoms have gone away because of this unit.

Automatic replacement filter delivery wonderful

I am very grateful for the speedy automatic delivery of the A350 HEPAPlus Replacement Filter - especially this time because the LED display lights on my A350 had malfunctioned and still showed red and yellow after I installed the last replacement filter. I recorded the date on the filter but forgot to mark it on my calendar, so I might have forgotten to order another one in time.
I wonder, is this LED light malfunction reparable? I hesitate to surrender the A350, though, even for a few weeks for repair it. I really depend on it and except for this small defect it is a wonderful product!
